"SNAKE" HAS BEEN SIGNED!

Snake from Brisbane, Australia signs full digital and physical release deal with DEAD Famous Records for the world

We are pleased to announce the signing of local hard rockers from Brisbane, "Snake" who like their US counterparts, Sex & Patriotism" are redefining the adage that there just can't be too much rock n roll and they do it and deliver it well. The band also doubles as Australia’s number one tribute band to ACDC or accadacca as they are known. The album will be released digitally into the retail platform by mid November for a Christmas release push and will come out on the DEAD Famous / Nightmare Records label in the US and distributed by Koch International nationally in the US in early February 2008. Summernats 2007

Must of been at least 20,000 heads out there in the Canberra showgrounds on Sat 6th Jan 2007 to see possibly the best ACCA DACCA has performed to this date.

The show opened up on the Grand Stand stage to a mountainess applause to our Bagpipe player Sean Hogman Starting with a haunting Scottish melody followed by ACCA DACCA launching straight into "It's A Long Way To The Top" and it just got better and better from then on.

We were called on for an encore and believe me if we didn't have a time schedule to keep we would have given you even more.

Thank you to Chic Henry for everything & asking us back for yet another year Bob, Sue & Lisa for looking after the band so well also Sean for that magnificnt pipe playing.

All I can say is "SUMMERNATS" you rock & ACCA DACCA are proud to say we helped.

Hope to see you next year!!!

Photos & footage to be posted soon!

Canberra tour rocked! (2005)

Howdy all! The boys just got back from touring that great capital city of ours Canberra and as always the fans knew how to party hard. We had a rockin good time and as always we would like to thank all our supporters for coming out to the shows, and the new fans and also the venue owners. We will be heading back that way for the Summernats and hopefully more shows in the near future.

Ok we get a lot of fan mail and we appreciate every piece we get, we would love to post all of them up on this site but every now and then one email stands out. First up we would like to thank "Steve" from Canberra who saw us at the Hellenic Club. Steve took the time to write so we will take the time to send out a BIG ACCA/DACCA thanks and thumbs up to ol'mate Steve in Canberra, cheers mate! Below is Steve's email unedited.

See you all next show! - Larry and the Boys.

Steve from Canberra's email:

Western Australia Tour a success! (2005)

First off the boys here at ACCA/DACCA just want to send out a HUGE thank you to those fans, old and new, who came to check out our gigs over in the west of this great fine land we call Australia. As always the atmosphere was fantastic at all venues we played and the crowds were equally as fantastic, many a drink shared with a few fans...one too many in some places! And as always ACCA/DACCA rocked every joint we played! Also Larry's son Jessie tagged along for the tour while on school holidays and helped out with the lighting at our shows, thanks Jessie job well done mate!

Larry's son Jessie doing the lighting.

While we were in WA, ACCA/DACCA stopped by the final resting place of the beloved Ronald "Bon" Scott and in a tribute we left one of our own caps and tour posters to say "Thank you". Bon will always be one of the greatest front men of all time in our hearts and I am sure that any fan of AC/DC old and new know of the legend of this famous Rock Icon. That's why we love what we do, we keep the legend alive.

RIP Bon old mate!
