A new Chilean zombie flick, in the vein of "28 Days Later" and similar films, is on the way entitled Blind Death (Muerte Ciega). The film, which was directed by Cristian Toledo and Lucio Rojas, follows a mining disaster, upon which afterwards...a large area is ravaged by a strange virus that turns humans into a violent and territorial animals. The area is placed in quarantine, not knowing what happened. Years later a group of mercenaries and scientists is sent to investigate the truth about the zone.
