So what could make Paul Anderson's Resident Evil:Afterlife 3-D any cooler than it already is? How about the return of Jill Valentine! Milla Jovovich, who stars in the film as Alice, tweeted recently the following brief thought..."Valentine MAY b back..." Cryptic, yet interesting. The last time we saw Jill was five years ago in "Resident Evil:Apocalypse". Should she return in "Afterlife", hopefully she'll be played again by Sienna Guillory. "Resident Evil:Afterlife" meanwhile also stars Boris Kodjoe, Shawn Roberts, Spencer Locke, Kim Coates, Norman Yeung, and Kacey Barnfield, and is slated to hit cinemas in August of 2010. |
"Afterlife" is set in a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead. ALICE (Milla Jovovich), continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead leads them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.
