EXCLUSIVE:Hammer Films Moves Forward With "Woman" Adapt

We were informed this evening that Hammer Films is moving forward with a 3-D film adaptation of the Susan Hill novel We The Woman In Black. Jane Goldman is penning the pic, which is based on Hill's 1983-released novel where a young solicitor, Arthur Kipps, is summoned to Crythin to attend to the funeral of Mrs Alice Drablow, an elderly widow who lived alone in the desolate and secluded Eel Marsh House. While he's there, he discovers a menacing spectre haunts the small, British-seaside, English town.
