With his supernatural revenge tale "Tormented" (
Review), having arrive stateside just in time for Halloween, beginning it's VOD (Video On Demand) run on October 21st, we recently chatted with filmmaker Jon Wright about the movie, and his slate of upcoming genre projects! On the subject of his upcoming horror slate, Wright teased some very intriging developments! "I don't want to say exactly, not yet..." he reveals, adding -- "...One horror comedy, a monster movie, a love letter to Tremors and Gremlins and Jaws, a brilliant script set in Ireland...One hard edged horror, a very clever idea, extremely violent. And a sci-fi horror, too, set on the world's first orbital space hotel." |

Here! "Tormented" meanwhile stars Alex Pettyfer, April Pearson, Larissa Wilson, Mary Nighy, and Dimitri Leonidas. The film, which is set in the tempestuous atmosphere of a suburban grammar school, is the witty and shocking tale of a bullied teenager who comes back from the dead to take his revenge on his tormentors.
