Wisconsin's delegates for the national presidential nominating committee are selected from a pool of names provided by the primary winner. In other words, when Ron Paul wins Wisconsin (winner take all) he gives the GOP the names from which to select the delegates.

Delegate selection occurs by March 9th (three weeks after the primary.) Our party caucuses for precinct, county, district, and state offices occur in off years. The "only thing" Wisconsin Ron Paul supporters have to do is get a plurality of votes for Dr. Paul on February 19.
